Recently, the law enforcement personnel of the Kunming Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau conducted a random inspection of anti-theft security doors on the Kunming market, and found that there are three major anti-theft doors in Kunming. Problems, such as many anti-theft security doors are not produced in accordance with the "national standard", but the appearance looks like anti-theft doors, in fact, steel doors, metal doors, protective doors, engineering doors and so on.

So what is the essential difference between steel doors, metal doors and security doors? Although the appearance of the door is similar, the steel door is produced according to the enterprise standard, and the anti-theft security door is produced according to the national mandatory standard. There is a big difference in quality between the two. The security of the steel door cannot achieve the anti-theft effect.

Take the entrance door as an example. Specifically, in general, steel doors are not as thick as anti-theft doors, and their impact resistance is not as good as anti-theft doors. Since ordinary consumers do not understand the difference between steel doors and anti-theft doors, some manufacturers and sellers took the opportunity to drill holes and use steel doors as impostors to deceive consumers.

The thickness of the steel plate of a better anti-theft door frame should be more than 2mm, the thickness of the door body is generally more than 20mm, and the weight of the door is generally more than 40kg. In the market, many merchants have mixed their eyes, selling the anti-theft doors under the banner of "anti-prying door", "protective door", and "security door". Some merchants use a thin layer of iron sheet with a hard board in between. Filled with shredded paper and other materials to make a certain amount of "anti-theft door", this kind of iron door will open as soon as you pry it, and the door panel will deform with a few kicks.

A qualified anti-theft door shall be a special anti-theft lock that has been tested and qualified by the public security department, and the lock shall be protected by a steel plate with a thickness of 3 mm or more. The door lock is divided into three levels: A, B, and Super B. Super B is the best. The anti-technical opening time is greater than 180 minutes.

According to the standard, the anti-technical opening of the A-level lock is not less than 1 minute, and the anti-destructive opening is not less than 15 minutes; the anti-theft lock of the B level prevents technical unlocking time of not less than 5 minutes, and its destructive opening time is not less than 60 minutes .
