• Management principles for hazardous chemicals:

– All new chemical products and production processes involving the use of chemicals should be investigated for potential hazards during commissioning or purchase. At the same time, appropriate procedures for obtaining chemicals should be established.

– Information on chemical hazards and protection should be sought from suppliers. If you do not have this information, you should not buy chemicals.

– For toxic and hazardous chemicals, they should be considered after taking into account the degree of risk involved and the operational and economic impacts of replacing them with low or low-risk chemicals.






Catalogue of hazardous chemicals


• List all chemicals related to production, excipients, cleaning, engineering, lubrication, greening, etc., including the name of the chemical name, and list NFPA
H, F, R value, storage location, maximum storage capacity, place of use, quantity used, supplier






Procurement of hazardous chemicals

• Before the purchase of hazardous chemicals:

– need to understand the relevant requirements of laws and regulations

– take into account the safety of employees

– use and storage

– regulatory requirements

– environmental issues

– waste (treatment) and costs.

• New chemical purchases require:

– Get MSDS

– (EHS) staff assessment and approval

– Certification by customs and other appropriate regulatory agencies (if there are special needs)

Chemicals not listed on the chemical list may not be purchased privately and must be approved by the EHS department before purchase.

Foreign chemical procurement process


Before the “new chemical substance” is included in the “Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances”, activities involving research and development, import, use, trading, production, etc. involving the “new chemical substance” must be registered.








• Pay attention to all chemical purchases:

– Request Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

– Ask for a certificate of compliance with RSL

– Labeled and regulated for all chemical containers (packaging)

– Qualified chemical business license

– If not, refuse!

Precursor chemical

• Units that purchase, sell and transport precursor chemicals should report the purchase, sale and transportation of the previous year to the local county public security organ before March 31 of each year.

• The production and business units shall report to the licensed or registered safety production supervision and management department the variety, quantity and main flow of non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals in the previous year before March 31 of each year.

Based on the above requirements, each department should make a record of the corresponding procurement, use, sales and transportation.

●Garlicin prevent and cure many diseases caused by bacteria, such as: Salmonella, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus of pigs, Escherichia coli, PAP Bacillus aureus, and Salmonella of livestock; it is also the bane of diseases of aquatic animals: Enteritis of grass carp, gill, scab, chain fish enteritis, hemorrhage, eel vibriosis, Edwardsiellosis, furunculosis etc; red neck disease, putrid skin disease, perforation disease of turtle.

●Regulate the body metabolism: to prevent and cure kinds of diseases caused by metabolic obstacle, such as: chicken ascites, porcine stress syndrome etc.

● Improve body immunity: To use it before or after vaccination, the antibody level can be improved significantly.

● Flavor: The garlicin can cover the bad taste of feed and make the feed with garlic flavor, thereby to let the feed tastes good.

● Attractant activity: The garlic has strong natural flavor, it can stimulate the animals` food intake, and instead other attractant in feed partially. Amount of experiments to show that it improves the laying rate by 9%, the weight of dorking by 11%, weight gain of pig by 6% and weight gain of fish by 12%.

● Stomach-protecting: It can stimulate the gastrointestinal peristalsis, promote digestion, and increase feed utilization rate to reach the purpose of growth.

● Anticorrosion: The garlicin can strongly kills Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger and brown, thereby the storage time can be prolonged. The storage time can be prolonged by more than 15days by adding 39ppm garlicin.
