Yankuang Group fire safety into the community

"Classmates! What should we do if a fire breaks out?" "What is the correct way to escape?" "Do you know how to make a fire alarm call?" These questions, along with brief but essential fire safety tips, were part of an interactive session held by three firefighters from Wu'an City's Public Security Fire Brigade in Yunjialing Community, Yankuang Group. In April this year, Yankuang Group organized a fire safety lecture for local residents, aiming to raise awareness and improve preparedness.

With dry weather typical of spring, Yankuang Group launched the "Underground Safety and Fire Prevention Measures" campaign in Yunjialing. Firefighters conducted educational sessions for employees, families, and students, emphasizing the importance of fire safety in both home and school environments. The event was not just one-way teaching; it encouraged active participation, allowing residents to ask questions and gain practical knowledge on fire prevention and self-rescue techniques. Additionally, Yanzhou Mining Group made full use of the community monitoring system to identify and address potential fire hazards, such as illegal wiring and cluttered areas, ensuring early detection and prompt resolution of risks.
