Pre-Start Inspection and Maintenance:
Check all high-pressure pipe connections, cylinders, floating oil seals, radiator plates, and water pipe joints for leaks. If any leakage is found, it should be repaired immediately.
Inspect bolts on the air filter, muffler, roller bracket, track, and working device to ensure they are tight. If any looseness is detected, tighten them as needed.
Verify that the electrical system is not disconnected or short-circuited, and check if the terminals are secure. Any issues should be addressed promptly.
Engine Oil Sump Level Check:
When the engine is turned off, remove the dipstick and check the oil level. It should be between the “H†and “L†marks on the dipstick.
Once the engine is running at idle, check the oil pressure gauge first. Ensure the coolant temperature gauge is within the normal range before checking the oil level again using the dipstick. The oil level should be between the upper and lower markings. To add oil, open the filler cap and pour in the appropriate amount. Always park the machine on a flat surface when checking or adding oil. Do not exceed the “H†mark on the dipstick.
Rear Axle Tank Oil Level Check:
Initial 250-Hour Inspection and Maintenance:
Replace the fuel filter.
Change the coarse and fine oil filters.
Replace the oil in the transmission and rear axle tanks according to the specifications provided in the table.
Refill the working tank with new oil.
Replace the working tank filter element.
Change the final drive tank oil.
Clean the shifting and steering filter.
Tighten the fuel injector mounting bolts.
Inspect and adjust the engine valve clearance.
Every 500-Hour Inspection and Maintenance:
Replace the preservative reservoir.
Close the top two valves of the preservative reservoir.
Unscrew the filter cartridge counterclockwise.
Apply engine oil to the sealing surface and install new components.
When reinstalling, tighten the cover to the sealing surface by 1/2 to 3/4 turn—do not over-tighten.
Open the valve after the replacement is complete.
