4. The dispersing disc operates in a laminar flow state, allowing different layers of slurry to intermingle and achieve optimal dispersion.
This machine can quickly switch between containers, significantly improving productivity while reducing physical workload.
Depending on the application, high-performance dispersers can be categorized into experimental models, biaxial dispersers, and single-axis dispersers. They are equipped with stepless speed control options, such as electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency conversion speed control (ideal for water-based coatings), and explosion-proof frequency conversion speed control (suitable for oil-based coatings).
