The 22nd meeting of the 2nd Board of Supervisors of Henan Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd. was held on October 24, 2013. The notice of the meeting was delivered via mail and fax on October 18, 2013. 2. Consider and approve the "Proposal on the Finalization of Some Fundraising Projects and the Use of Surplus Funds to Permanently Replenish Working Capital."
The projects "New Annual Processing of 60,000 Tons of Silicon Wafer Cutting Mortar Recycling Project" and "Xinjiang Annual Output of 50,000 Tons of Silicon Carbide Special Micro-powder Project" have completed their final accounts. The funds raised and the savings from these two fundraising projects are as follows:

As of now, all fundraising construction projects of the company have been completed, except for the "New Project to Produce 3.6 Million Kilometers of Cutting Resin Diamond Line Project," which has also completed its final settlement. As of October 2013, the balance in the company’s fundraising account (including interest) was 1.8 million yuan. It was decided that the remaining balance in all fundraising accounts would be transferred to the company’s general fund to permanently replenish working capital.
