Advantages of alloy steel pipe

Alloy steel pipes are 100% recyclable, aligning with the national strategy of environmental protection, energy saving, and resource conservation. The government actively encourages the expansion of high-pressure alloy pipe applications, recognizing their importance in sustainable development. Currently, China's consumption of alloy tubes accounts for about half of the total steel usage in developed countries. Expanding the use of alloy tubes offers significant growth opportunities for the industry. According to a research group from the Alloy Pipe Branch of the China Special Steel Association, the demand for long-term high-pressure alloy pipes in China is expected to grow by 10-12% annually.

There is a clear distinction between alloy pipes and seamless pipes. Alloy pipes are defined by the material they are made from—essentially, they are pipes constructed from alloys. On the other hand, seamless pipes refer to the manufacturing process, which involves creating a pipe without any welds or seams. In contrast, there are seam pipes, such as straight-seam welded pipes and spiral-welded pipes, which do have seams.

The materials used in alloy pipes include a wide range of alloys such as 16-50Mn, 27SiMn, 40Cr, 12-42CrMo, 16Mn, 12Cr1MoV, T91, 27SiMn, 30CrMo, 15CrMo, 20G, Cr9Mo, 10CrMo910, 15Mo3, 15CrMoV, 35CrMoV, 45CrMo, 15CrMoG, 12CrMoV, 45Cr, 50Cr, 45CrNiMo, and many others. These materials are chosen based on specific performance requirements, such as strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various industrial applications.

DRAWN SINK

A machine made sink, also called as a drawn sink, is forged of 1mm or 0.8mm thick stainless steel sheet. By using the metal forming technology, it can produce the versatile kitchen sink with large radius corners.
