There are three different types of equipment for angular contact ball bearings in pairs:

2 face-to-face equipment; the rear code is DF (such as 70,000/DF); the rigidity of this equipment and the ability to accept the overturning moment are not as good as the DB equipment method; the bearing can accept two-way axial load,
3 series equipment; rear code is DT (such as 70,000 / DT); this equipment can also be connected in series with three or more bearings at the same bearing; but can only accept axial load in one direction. In addition, there is a single-row angular touch ball bearing that can be easily paired. This type of bearing is specially machined; it can be combined in two back-to-back, two face-to-face or two series connection; the axial clearance of the paired combination can be selected according to requirements. There are four variations on the layout of double row angular touch ball bearings:
(1) Specification of A-type outer diameter less than or equal to 90mm bearing. No ball gap; thus can accept flat two-way axial load. Lightweight glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage is selected; bearing temperature rise is small.
(2) Specification of bearing type A with outer diameter greater than 90mm. There is a ball gap on one side; equipped with steel stamping cage or brass solid cage.
(3) E type is a reinforced layout; one side has a ball gap; it can hold more steel balls; thus the bearing capacity is higher.
(4) Double-row angular touch ball bearings with dust-proof cover on both sides and two-sided seal type A and E-type depicting can be equipped with dust cover (non-touch) or seal (touch) on both sides The inside of the sealed bearing is filled with rust-proof lithium-based smooth grease; the operating temperature is usually -30 ~ +110 ° C.
