1, the electromagnet is damaged

Electromagnet burning is also one of the common faults of electromagnetic reversing valves. The reasons for this are as follows:

Eg: The core is poorly processed, and the wire diameter of the wire is too low and it is easy to overheat. Faults caused by quality reasons are usually noticeable within a few hours of energization of the solenoid reversing valve.

2 use environmental reasons

For coil failures after working for a period of time, most of them are caused by environmental reasons.

1 The push rod function in the electromagnetic tube is to push the valve core to move when the armature moves. The push rod and the spool are not integrated. Therefore, in constant contact, it is bound to cause wear and tear.

2 After long-term high-frequency commutation, it is likely to wear and become significantly shorter. At this point, the valve spool is not in the position of shifting, which affects the operation of the electromagnetic reversing valve. Simply replace the push rod to resolve the problem. Note that the new putter size should be the same as the original fitting.

3, valve body hole wear

1 frequent reciprocating movement between the valve core and the valve body hole. Although the valve core of the electromagnetic reversing valve is designed with an oil groove, the contact surface can be filled with oil to minimize the friction, but according to the working nature of the electromagnetic reversing valve, The wear of the holes in the solenoid reversing valve body cannot be completely avoided.

2 Solenoid valve body is made of ductile iron material, which is different from ordinary electromagnetic reversing valve. It uses unique material ratio to strengthen the hardness of the valve body, which delays the wear and deformation of the hole in the valve body to some extent.

3 The wear of the hole in the valve body can be repaired or replaced as needed. When replacing, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the new valve body can be matched with the original electromagnetic reversing valve related components, eg: electromagnetic tube, sealing ring and the like.

4, the outer diameter of the spool wear

1 Same as the wear of the hole in the valve body. Especially in the case of excessive oil in the oil, excessive impurities will aggravate the wear of the solenoid valve spool.

2 Although such wear can not be completely avoided, to extend the service life of the electromagnetic reversing valve and maintain a good working condition, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should be checked regularly, and the excessive contamination of the hydraulic oil should be dealt with in time.

5, the return spring fatigue or break

1 This fault has a certain relationship with the material selection of the spring. The electromagnetic reversing valve uses the imported piano steel wire spring, the surface is blackened, has good elasticity and fatigue resistance. The strengthening of the surface treatment process can effectively prevent the spring from being corroded and has a high service life.

2 In case of this failure, both springs must be replaced at the same time, and the length must match the design value of the electromagnetic reversing valve.

The above five major faults are most common in electromagnetic reversing valves, but they may also be caused by other uncommon problems:

1 Voltage and current are unstable, and there is a large shock fluctuation, which leads to burnout.

2 According to the working principle of the electromagnet, when the solenoid reversing valve spool is stuck, the armature cannot move into position after the electromagnet is energized. At this time, the coil temperature will rise sharply and it will easily lead to burning in a short time. Most of the valve coil failures.

Therefore, in the actual maintenance, if the coil burns out, first check whether the work of the solenoid valve is smooth. After removing the fault such as the valve plug, replace the new coil. Otherwise, the coil may still be burnt after replacement. The inner diameter of the coil of the electromagnetic reversing valve 02 is 20mm. The value of the coil of different manufacturers may be different. The inner diameter and length of the replaced coil must be the same as the original product, otherwise it cannot be used.
