Ginger management should be scientific

The hedge shade ginger is warm, but it is not resistant to glare or heat. Therefore, after planting, insert a 70-80 cm tall corn stalk about 12-15 cm south of the ginger furrow. Arrange these stalks into a hedge and tilt them slightly (10-12 degrees) toward the north. This will help shade the surface of the furrow, creating a more favorable environment for the ginger seedlings to grow. Staging and topdressing are essential for ginger, as it has high nutrient requirements. A total of three topdressing applications are typically needed throughout the growing season. The first application should be done when the ginger seedlings reach 3–5 cm in height, using 15–20 kg of compound fertilizer per acre to encourage vigorous growth. When the seedlings develop three shoots of alfalfa, combine weeding with another topdressing, applying 15–20 kg of bean cake fertilizer and 15–20 kg of ammonium sulfate per hectare to promote rapid expansion of the ginger rhizomes. When the seedlings have 5–6 shoots of glutinous rice, the growth of the ginger block accelerates, requiring more nutrients. At this stage, apply 25 kg of ammonium sulfate per acre. Fertilizer should be applied at a distance of 15 cm from the north side of the seedlings to avoid direct contact. Watering should be done at the right time before planting, keeping the soil dry to raise the ground temperature and aid germination. Once the seedlings emerge, ensure the soil remains moist until harvest to maintain yield. Watering is usually carried out after the seedlings have emerged. From summer to autumn, it is the fastest-growing period for ginger. Light watering should be used to keep the soil consistently moist. After each fertilization and soil cultivation, water the plants. It is best to water during cooler periods—early morning or late evening—when the air, ground, and water are all cool. Avoid overwatering; use controlled amounts of water. During the rainy season, excess water should be drained promptly to prevent waterlogging. During the hot and rainy season, weeds grow rapidly, which can lead to competition for water and nutrients, negatively affecting ginger growth. Weeding and cultivation are therefore crucial. Typically, cultivate once or twice a month. However, since ginger has a shallow root system and weak branching ability, deep cultivation is not recommended. Instead, cultivation should be done in combination with watering, fertilizing, and soil management. Mulching the soil helps lower the ground temperature and supports better rhizome development. Usually, the soil is loosened in layers, with each layer being 3–6 cm thick, to prevent the ginger from being exposed, which could reduce its quality. Using grass mulch also helps regulate temperature and retain soil moisture. This comprehensive care routine ensures that ginger grows healthily and produces a high-quality yield. With proper shading, timely fertilization, careful watering, and regular weeding, farmers can significantly improve their ginger crop's performance. Whether you're a seasoned grower or just starting out, following these practices can make a big difference in your harvest.

Wind Energy Fasteners

Yokelink has been supplying fasteners for the wind energy industry for over 10 years. These fasteners are utilised in producing a gearbox, a valuable wind mill turbine component located within the nacelle. we also offer standard wind power energy fasteners in line with ISO or DIN, including vibration-resistant security products. Wind tower bolt plays a important role as joining components in fastening different parts of wind turbine tower, Yokelink is a professional manufacturer which supplies high grades fasteners 8.8-12.9 for wind tower projects.

WHAT ARE WINDMILL POWER FASTENERS?
Wind_energy-New
Fasteners used in wind power tower and blade connection and transmission, including hex bolts, stud bolts, tower flange bolts, foundation bolts, threaded rods, high strength double head screw, hardened and structural bolts, nuts, washers and threaded rods, and hex cap screws etc.

WHAT'S THE CHARACTERISTICS OF WIND POWER FASTENERS
High strength, high grade and precision, can work in hard conditions like extremely hot and cold environment and corrosion resisted .In wind turbine generator system, because of the randomness of power source, hardness of operating circumstances, special producing and installing, as well as high costs of maintaining, the requirements for wind turbine bolts would be extremely high. We have to take effective actions to ensure the reliability of the bolts connection, from the bolts structure design, manufacture process to production and assembling.

WHAT BOLTS ARE USED IN A WIND TURBINE?
Wind turbine bolts, there are wind turbine blade bolts, wind turbine anchor bolts, wind turbine foundation bolts, high strength and high tension hexagon head bolts, nuts and washers are mainly used for wind turbine.

HOW MANY BOLTS ARE IN A WIND TURBINE?
A most common 3 blades wind turbine requires almost 25,000pcs fasteners. With the rapid increase of wind energy demand in the worldwide, the fasteners for wind turbine and energy increased greatly as well. Most high strength bolts used for wind turbine are grade 10.8, grade 12.9 and the coatings are also very crucial, Dacromet are most commonly coating in wind turbine fasteners.
