The project takes about 7 working days, with the floating crane used for 3 days. In contrast, the jacking method involves less disassembly, requires only 7 workers, and completes the task in 2 working days without the need for a floating crane. Excluding labor costs, just the use of a floating crane alone costs 13,500 yuan. When considering the lost working days of the door machine, assuming it handles 100 tons of goods per hour, it would result in 4,000 tons of cargo being unloaded less over 5 working days. From this comparison, it's clear that the economic benefits of using the jacking method to replace the lower bearing are significant. This method of replacing the support bearing using the jacking technique can be applied to various types of door machines, depending on their layout and design.
