In the inspection, the number of inspection points exceeding the specified deviation value shall not exceed 30% of the total inspection points. It shall be judged as qualified and acceptable; if it exceeds 30%, the project shall be judged as unqualified, and shall be repaired or partially reworked, and then acceptance.
3, sign the completion acceptance
Both parties fill in the completion acceptance form one by one according to the inspection results of each renovation project. Its content includes the name of the renovation project, project quantity and quality assessment. The column “Disposal Method for Assessment of Disqualified Projects†in the acceptance checklist shall be decided by both parties, stating that the decoration company shall be responsible for repairing or rework, and the decoration company shall be responsible for those who are permanently impaired due to difficulty in repairing or rework. 4, recover more than expected material
After completion of the acceptance work, the user shall clear the remaining materials from the purchased materials for repair and use in the event of future repairs. For materials that have a shelf life, if the owner does not want to save it, he can negotiate with the decoration company for a discount, or he can handle it separately.
