Cause of malfunction: caused by blockage of the filter.
Remedy: We know that when the oil pressure difference exceeds 0.04MPa, the filter must be cleaned. It is necessary to first remove the oil without passing through the filter, and then remove the filter to clean it, so that the oil is directly supplied to the crusher, no more than 2 -3h.
Fault 2: There is no oil flow in the oil flow indicator, but the oil pressure value is lower than 0.5 MPa.
Causes of failure: 1 caused by low oil temperature; 2 oil switch is not open; 3 oil pump is not easy to use.
Remedy: 1 heat the oil; 2 open the switch; 3 stop the crusher operation, replace the oil pump.
Fault 3: The oil return in the fuel tank is reduced and the oil level is significantly reduced.
Causes of failure: 1 The bottom cover of the crusher leaks oil; 2 The oil leakage of the drive bearing shell flange; 3 The bottom ring groove of the spherical bearing is blocked or the oil is too much, and the oil leaks from the dustproof device.
Remedy: 1 Select stop, find out the cause, and then fill the oil tank; 2 stop, clean the oil return groove, adjust the oil supply, and then fill the oil tank.
Fault 4: The oil temperature has exceeded 55 ° C, but the oil pressure value has not increased.
The cause of the malfunction: there is something wrong with the eccentric bushing;
Remedy: Stop the straight bushing and the cone bushing to remove the cause of the fault.
Fault 5: The oil pressure is rising while the oil pressure is rising.
Cause of failure: The internal oil circuit of the tubing or cone crusher is blocked.
Remedy: Stop the inspection to find out where the blockage is and clear it.
Fault 6: The oil temperature from the cooler has exceeded 45 °C.
The cause of the failure: 1 no cooling water; 2 the temperature of the cooling water is also high; 3 the cooler is blocked.
Remedy: Inject cooling water; check if the water pressure is too low, and increase the water pressure as much as possible; check the temperature of the cooling water; clean the cooler.
