1, marking positioning

2, cutting toughened glass
If the tempered glass door does not meet the installation dimensions, reworking is very troublesome, so accurate measurements must be made when starting measurements. The measurement of tempered glass mainly includes the width and height of the glass plate. When the width of the glass plate is measured, measurements are made at the bottom, middle, and top, respectively, and the minimum size is selected as the width of the cut. If the data obtained at the top, middle, and bottom are the same, then the measured width is reduced by 3-5 mm as the cutting width of the glass. Similarly, the height of the glass plate should include the mounting locations for inserting the upper and lower crosspieces, so generally also take the cut 3-5mm less than the measured data. After the glass plate is cut to size, it is usually necessary to chamfer the four corners. If the workers are chamfering at the site, it is best to use a fine wheel block for fine grinding operations to prevent chipping.
3, fixed base
There are two kinds of materials for the bottom of the glass door, one is a wooden tray, and the other is a square tube of aluminum alloy. The former stainless steel veneer can be fixed with wooden wedges and nails. The latter aluminum alloy square tube can be fixed on the frame with aluminum corners, or it can be embedded in wooden wedges, and then fixed with wooden screws on the wooden wedge.

The upper part of the glass is inserted into the limit slot of the door frame, and the lower part of the glass plate is placed in the opposite seam of the base plate facing. 5, plastic injection seal
After the glass plate is fixed, it is sealed by plastic injection at the fixed position of the top limit slot and the bottom bracket, and the seam between the glass plate and the frame column. Use a plastic sheet on the glass plate to scrape the glue on both sides of the seam and clean the residue.
6, fixed door up and down cross file
After the height of the door leaf is determined, a small wooden bar is inserted on both sides of the glass plate and the gaps in the entry and exit rails, and tapped and stabilized to inject the glass glue into the gap formed between the small wood bar, the door glass and the cross bar. 7, fixed door
There is a positioning pin on the crossbeam of the tempered glass door frame, and the adjustment screw of the positioning pin needs to be adjusted out of the plane of the beam by 1-2mm. The glass door leaf is erected, and the hole position of the rotation pin connector in the lower crosspiece of the door leaf is aligned with the rotation pin axis of the floor spring, and the door leaf is rotated so that the hole position is sleeved on the rotation pin shaft. The door leaf rotates by 90°, forming a right angle with the crossbeam of the door frame, aligning the holes of the rotating connection member in the crosspiece of the door leaf with the positioning pins on the crossbeam of the door frame, and inserting the positioning pin into the hole by about 15mm.
