1. Project introduction

Dongguan East Railway Station, under the Guangzhou Railway Company, formerly known as Changping East Station, is located in the Maiyuan Community of Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and the transformation of Dongguan East Railway Station Station, including the station and the station. The East Station has an area of ​​10,732 square meters and a waiting room of 4,798 square meters. The original design has a maximum gathering of 3,000 people. After the renovation, the new station building is a line-side station with an overhead floor, with a total construction area of ​​2,2015 square meters and a waiting room of 9,390 square meters, nearly double the original.

In terms of station renovation, the East Station has two 450-meter-long platforms and three buses to the launch line. After the completion of the renovation, not only will a 550-meter-long intermediate platform be added, but the original two stations will also be extended to 550 meters. The bus to the hairline increased to five. In addition, an existing 4.5-meter passenger tunnel was demolished, and a new 12-meter passenger tunnel was built. A 6-meter express tunnel and a 15-meter wide pit bridge were added. In addition, 12,725 square meters of existing platform canopy was demolished, and a canopy of three new platforms was built, covering a total area of ​​16,170 square meters. After the completion of the renovation of the station building, the waiting capacity and receiving capacity of the relevant passenger transportation facilities of Dongguan East Railway Station will be improved accordingly, and the environment for passenger waiting will be greatly improved. The system mainly predicts and monitors the power distribution cabinet circuit in the east station of Dongguan Station due to leakage and fire caused by leakage, accurately monitors the fault and abnormal state of the electric line, finds the fire hazard of the electric fire, and promptly alarms to remind the personnel to eliminate these. Hidden dangers. Help the station to save labor costs and improve work efficiency.

2. Design basis for leakage fire monitoring system

This system complies with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB14287.1-2005 "Electrical Fire Monitoring System Part 1: Electrical Fire Monitoring Equipment". In addition, the "Fire Protection Code for High-rise Civil Buildings" GB50045-1995 (revised in 2005) 9.5.1 stipulates that the fire alarm system should be installed in high-rise buildings with high fire risk and dense personnel; "Code for Fire Protection of Building Design" GB50016-2006 11.2.7 shops, theaters, cinemas, stadiums and other densely populated places should be equipped with leakage fire alarm system

The electrical fire monitoring equipment and the alarm signal of the system shall be located in the fire control room or on the place where someone is on duty. The main unit "target=_blank> machine power should be taken from the fire power supply (AC220V) of the control center.

1) Installation design of the internal form of the power distribution cabinet

This project is a new construction project. All monitoring detectors are installed in the distribution box of the power distribution room, and are installed in the panel of the power distribution cabinet by embedded installation. Staff can view the leakage and temperature information of each circuit through the panel button. The residual current transformer is installed on the A, B, C three-phase power line and the N line. The PE line must not pass through the transformer and be firmly fixed. The connection between the detector and the transformer should be shielded. The temperature sensor is A thermistor NTC can provide a temperature reference of -10-120 ° C, and the thermistor can be connected to the leakage fire monitoring detector through a wire.

2) Installation design of the entire leakage fire monitoring system

Each leakage monitoring detector on the site has a 485 communication interface. All the detectors in the field must be connected in series by hand through the shielded twisted pair. When connecting, it should be noted that the number of 485 bus connections is not more than 32, and It is appropriate to be around 20.

The project monitors a total of 109 power circuits. According to the relevant provisions of the “Building Electrical Fire Prevention Requirements and Test Methods”, “To prevent electrical equipment and line leakage fires, the power supply line should be set to automatically cut off the power or alarm. Current action protector". Therefore, in this project, 108 ARCM300-J1 leakage electric fire detectors and 109 residual current transformers AKH-0.66L are installed at the incoming line of each distribution box, and Acrel-6000/Q is built in the control room. The distribution box module is connected to the background through five 485 buses, and the leakage and temperature information of each place is monitored centrally, which is convenient for the staff to carry out unified management.

4, system software interface

Mainly has the following features: friendly human-machine interface, real-time and timed collection of residual current data and temperature of field devices, and alarm prompt sound and light alarm and other functions. The customer can set the alarm temperature value and leakage current value according to actual needs. When the alarm fault is released, the alarm can be reset remotely. The system can record alarm events, dates, alarm values, and crossing values, and generate reports.

1) Data collection and display

The on-site leakage fire monitoring detector uploads the collected data to this interface, and the user can modify the rights of the circuit name, monitoring location, and monitoring area as needed. When the measured value of the residual current is greater than the alarm setting, the system alarm status indicator will flash automatically, and the color of the alarm unit in the corresponding interface changes, which is convenient for the operation personnel to check and handle the alarm.

2) Fault display

When the monitoring device detects a device failure, the status of the faulty unit in the monitoring main interface changes, displays the specific information of the faulty unit, and issues a fault alarm sound. Support for fault alarm sound elimination manually.

With event storage function, the alarm can record the time, type, parameter and alarm value of the fault and alarm occurrence. According to the alarm record, the fault cause can be analyzed to provide a basis for eliminating the fault.
