How is waterproofing done?

Before laying the waterproof material, the base layer to be laid must be cleaned, the loose concrete and mortar on the surface of the base layer should be cleaned, and the protruding hard blocks should be removed. The cement mortar is uniformly brushed with cement mortar, waterproof oil surface and appropriate amount of adhesive. The surface mortar is made of 1:3 cement mortar, mixed with 3%-5% waterproof powder (or agent), and mixed after construction. Floor drains, casings, sanitary ware roots, yin and yang angles, etc., which are prone to condensed water, should also be used as a waterproof additional layer. The joints between the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms should be waterproofed. The waterproof layer of the kitchen wall and other rooms should be treated with four walls, and 300mm above the ground. Look carefully at the four processes

The first is the waterproofing of the balcony sliding door. In the south, the construction technology of balcony sliding doors is often the key to whether the home can survive the rainy season. First of all, we must pay attention to the quality of the door, the sealing is better, and the inside and outside of the waterproof frame should not be mistaken. If the balcony has no windows at all or the windows are not well waterproofed, then the second waterproof line is in turn.

The second is the waterproofing of the balcony floor. First make sure that the ground has a slope and the lower side is a drain. Then make sure that the balcony and living room or balcony and living room have a height difference of at least 2 to 3 cm. It is difficult to make such a height difference between the living room and the balcony, because the building itself may have a height difference of only about 1 cm.
