For the acceptance of completed ground works, the following items should be checked:
1. The strength and density of the ground floor and the firmness of the upper and lower layers;
2. The slope, thickness, elevation and flatness of each floor of the ground;
3. The size of the gap between boards and blocks and the quality of the joints;
4. The connection of different types of surface layers, the combination of surface layers and walls and other structural components such as trenches, pipes, etc., and patterns. The allowable deviation of the surface of each floor from the horizontal plane or the design slope is 0.2% of the corresponding size of the room, and the maximum deviation must not exceed 15mm.
For the surface layer that excludes liquids and slopes, the inspection of splashing water shall be done, and the liquid shall be excluded as qualified, and there shall be no phenomenon of inverted flooding and accumulation of water. The board surface layer laid on the cement mortar, the adhesive, and the wood board and plastic floor surface layer laid on the adhesive shall not be empty with the combination of the next layer; the inspection may be performed with a knocking method. The surface of all types of cast-in-place monoliths should not have cracks, peelings, pitting, and sanding. The skirting board should closely fit the wall (board surface).
Inspection method: 2m ruler should be used.
