Bimetallic Hardfacing Wear Seamless Pipes and Elbow utilize an overlay process that involves open arc deposition of chromium carbide in a manganese and steel matrix. Single pass(1/8" to 3/16") hardness on the inner pipe surface can be up to 60HRC while two passes(1/4" to 3/8") surface hardness can be up to 63HRC.
