3. Precautions for use of hydraulic control check valve:
1 It must be ensured that the pilot operated check valve has sufficient control pressure, and it is absolutely not allowed to control the pressure loss.
2 should pay attention to whether the control pressure meets the requirements of reverse opening.
3 If the control of the hydraulic control check valve leads to the autonomous system, the influence of the change of the main system pressure on the control oil pressure should be analyzed to avoid the malfunction of the hydraulic control check valve.
4 According to the position of the hydraulic control check valve in the hydraulic system or the flow resistance (back pressure) after the oil outlet chamber is reversed, the structure of the hydraulic control check valve (simplified or double) and the draining method are reasonably selected ( Internal leakage or leakage).
5 For the internal venting hydraulic control check valve, when the reverse oil outlet pressure exceeds a certain value, the hydraulic control part will lose control, so the internal venting hydraulic control check valve is generally used for the reverse oil discharge chamber. Where the back pressure or back pressure is small;
6 The external hydraulic control check valve can be used in the case where the back pressure of the oil outlet is high, so as to reduce the minimum control pressure and save the control power.
