Submersible pump maintenance:

Repair step 2: Check whether the sealing ring is aging. If it has already aged, it should be replaced.

Repair step four: Clean the submersible pump, sewage pump casing, such as severe corrosion should be repainted after surface treatment.

Repair step 5: Check whether the hoses connected to the submersible pump and sewage pump are firm. If they are slack, they should be fastened. Tighten all nuts on the submersible pump and the drain pump.

Before the submersible pump is disassembled, mark the joint between the front and rear cover and the base. In order to repair the assembly as it is, it will not cause assembly error and cause shaft misalignment; when disassembling the impeller and bushing of the submersible pump, it should be noted that it must not be hard-punched, and the principle of thermal expansion can be used to heat the edge. Tap or remove it with a tool such as "Rarma".

Winding burn should analyze the reasons (overload, card pump, lack of phase, leakage leakage short circuit, etc.), when disassembling the motor windings, do not make the silicon steel plate tilt shift and burr, etc., so as not to knock in the assembly of new winding "trumpet "When caused by a ground fault or short circuit. When rewinding the new coil, the enamelled wire and insulating paper must be manufactured by a regular manufacturer. The heat-resistance grade of the submersible pump motor is generally E and B. Be sure to pay attention to its heat rating. The low thickness of the insulation should be sufficient and the pad must be inserted in place. When the winding is off the wire, be careful not to scratch the stator core with the coil, and avoid scratching with the reticle.
