Generally, the high-voltage motor does not need to be disassembled and maintained. Unless the line is damaged, the disassembly and repair should be carried out. If it is found that the fault needs to be disassembled, then Dalan Motor Editor will teach you some practical methods.

(1) When disassembling the motor from the equipment, the parts with special requirements for assembly should be marked. And save the removed parts.

(2) Be careful when grabbing the rotor, so as not to scratch the stator winding insulation. Hold the outer ring of the bearing and shake it forward and backward to see if it is too loose. If there is a problem with the bearing, you can use a puller to remove the bearing.

(3) If the shaft and bearing are too tight or rusted. It can be solved by heating. Wrap the shaft with asbestos rope, and use a blowtorch or oxyacetylene flame to quickly and evenly heat the bearing to 250 degrees. Use a pull tool to pull it out while it is hot.

(4) When replacing the bearing, it is best to preheat the bearing. When the temperature reaches about 100 degrees, the bearing is placed on the rotor journal while it is hot. Note: When installing the bearing, the bearing should have the model side facing out. It is helpful for checking and replacing in the future.

(5) Add grease according to 1/2 of the internal space capacity of the bearing. If the speed is high, add a little less. Do not add too much grease.

(6) Commonly used greases are calcium-based grease and sodium-based grease. The electrician should choose the grease reasonably according to the working environment and working condition.

(7) Install the rear end cover before assembling the motor. Put the shorter end of the rotor shaft up vertically, put the rear end cover flat, and tap the end cover left and right with a wooden hammer to make the bearing evenly stressed during the process of entering the shaft sleeve without damaging the bearing seat.

(8) Carefully feed the rotor into the stator and close the rear cover. Tighten the rear cover screws in an alternating sequence of diagonally.

(9) At the end, see whether the rotor is flexible and loose or not. Whether there is noise in the bearing and whether the screws are firmly installed.
