A small amount of diesel oil that will cause leakage after the blockage cannot be discharged from the pump body and enters the oil pan of the fuel injection pump through the oil pump piston to dilute the lubricating oil, causing the lubricating oil to deteriorate and the parts to be poorly lubricated and damaged.

(3) 2mm conical starting nozzle hole on the cylinder head of diesel engine. Blocking will cause difficulty in starting the diesel engine.

(4) Diesel engine injector return oil spill hole. Once blocked, the excess diesel can not be returned to the tank, the pressure in the return passage increases, the injector pressure becomes higher, the injection time changes, and it is easy to sinter and jam.

(5) Fuel injection pump respirator. After the blockage, the lubricant is easily deteriorated and the lubrication is poor.

(6) The vent hole of the diesel tank cover is used to prevent the formation of a vacuum when the oil level drops, which affects the normal oil supply. Once blocked, the diesel engine is not easy to start or the power is reduced.

(7) The crankcase plus the oil port cover vent hole is used to discharge the exhaust gas from the cylinder into the crankcase, and if it is blocked, it may cause oil leakage and oxidative deterioration.

(8) Diesel engine lubricating oil hole, used to lubricate the rocker arm and rocker arm shaft, valve push rod, if the blockage will accelerate the wear of the machine; the oil nozzle hole of the lubrication timing gear is blocked, which will lead to poor gear lubrication and increase wear and tear. (11) Oil cooler, water radiator and body water discharge hole, used to eliminate the cooling water everywhere, the cooling water will not be cleaned after plugging, and the oil cooler, water radiator and body will be easily cracked in winter (common It is a cracking oil cooler), causing large economic losses.

(12) Diesel engine auxiliary water radiator cover vent. After the blockage, the pressure difference between the primary and secondary water radiators cannot be established, and the coolant in the secondary water radiator cannot flow back into the main radiator, so that the coolant cooling liquid surface is too low, which affects the heat dissipation effect.

(13) Battery filling plug hole. It is used to ventilate to prevent battery explosion accidents caused by excessive pressure build-up of gas accumulation.

(14) Small holes in hydraulic oil tank, transmission, torque converter, hydraulic pump transmission box, etc., to ensure that the air pressure in the tank communicates with the atmosphere, balance the internal pressure, discharge high temperature gas, prevent the temperature from rising too fast and the oil in the tank. The liquid deteriorates prematurely.

(15) The vent hole on the main reducer case is used to prevent the oil temperature and gas pressure in the reducer housing from being too high to prevent premature seal damage.

(16) The vent hole of the master cylinder pump cover, the oil return hole of the master pump (balance hole) and the compensation hole can ensure the replenishment and backflow of the brake fluid, so that the brake can be completely removed and avoid intruding into the pipeline.
