Third, maintenance instructions
1. The maintenance of fire extinguishers must be strictly in accordance with GA95-95 Standard for the Maintenance and Disposal of Fire Extinguishers.
2. The spare parts for fire extinguisher maintenance must use the qualified parts and components provided by the factory. The internal fire extinguishing agent specifications and filling amount must also be consistent with our company. Otherwise, the fire extinguishing performance of the fire extinguisher cannot be guaranteed.
3, inspection or test: The maintenance of the fire extinguisher must be tested for the following items:
a. Check the production date of the fire extinguisher cylinder. When reaching the retirement age listed in Table 1, it must be scrapped.

b. Appearance: Appearance should be free from rust, protective paint is in good condition without falling off, when the rust area is more than 1/3, it should be scrapped, otherwise it should be repaired; serious deformation of the cylinder should be scrapped; the head, nozzle, nozzle, etc. of the fire extinguisher should be No defects such as deformation and cracks, otherwise they should be replaced; the fire extinguisher pressure indicator must not be deformed, indicating that the pressure should be normal.
c. The hydraulic pressure test shall be carried out on the cylinder of the fire extinguisher together with the head according to the pressure values ​​and pressure holding time specified in Table 2. When the leakage and macroscopic deformation are found during the test (the residual deformation rate is equal to or greater than 6%), it shall be scrapped.

d. Air tightness test: The cylinder shall be immersed in water and observed for 10 minutes without visible leaking air bubbles, otherwise it shall be scrapped.
4. All seals used on fire extinguishers must be replaced during maintenance.
5. The filling pressure of the driving gas must meet the requirements of Table 2. When filling, the pressure indicator of the fire extinguisher cannot be used as the measuring pressure of the filling pressure. It is necessary to use a pressure gauge with an accuracy of not less than 1.6 to measure, and to use high pressure gas. A pressure reducing valve must be used to fill the bottle.
Fourth, the requirements of the maintenance unit
1. The unit that maintains the fire extinguisher must obtain a maintenance permit issued by the provincial fire control department.
2. Maintenance personnel must undergo corresponding training and obtain corresponding qualifications.
