Electric vehicles can be driven while charging. It is said that the technical difficulty of this solution is not great, but the cost is relatively high, and it needs to be modified. Existing roads, investment scale is certainly not small. If you consider that a car can carry a small battery to a remote location, this solution can still be considered.
