New technology for chemical fertilizers and pesticides

Putting fertilizers and pesticides on top of the solvent (referred to as the upper suspension method) can speed up the dissolution and improve the quality of the solution.

Principle: Solutes have two opposite processes of solution and crystallization in solution. The upper suspension method is based on the upper part of the solvent in the solute, and the dissolved particles can be liberated from the crystallization by the action of gravity, and can be expressed by "undissolved solute--dissolved solute". It can be seen that the upper suspension method has a faster dissolution rate, and the loading body with the upper suspension solute can filter the insoluble impurities, and the conventional method does not have this function, so the hanging method can improve the solution quality.

Method: This method is applicable to the dissolution of all chemical fertilizers and water-soluble pesticides. The method is to select a carrier that is both permeable to water and does not leak fertilizer or medicine according to the particle size of the fertilizer or pesticide. The hand-held carrier is immersed in the upper part of the container containing water (to the extent of invading the fertilizer or medicine), swimming and oscillating the carrier, and the dissolution process is generally completed in a few minutes. If time is sufficient, the solute static suspension method can be used. The carrier containing the fertilizer or medicine is placed at the midpoint of the crossbar of the container mouth, and the medicine or fertilizer is immersed in the water to make it stand still, and the dissolution process is generally completed in 30 minutes.

Advantage 1: Improve efficiency. After testing, a 1% aqueous copper sulfate solution was prepared, and the time ratio required for the suspension method and the conventional method was 1:1.96; in the static state of the solute, the time ratio required for the suspension method and the conventional method was 1:33.85. Dissolving calcium superphosphate, the conventional method is to prepare a mother liquid first, and after the insoluble matter (gypsum) is precipitated, the clear liquid is taken out and dilutedly applied; and the hanging method can be dissolved into a solution of a desired concentration once in about 10 minutes, and can be filtered. In addition to plaster. It can be seen that the hanging method can improve the working efficiency.

Advantage 2: Prevent burning of seedlings. The chemical fertilizer or pesticide dissolved in the upper suspension method can ensure uniform concentration of the whole liquid and no impurities. As long as the concentration is appropriate and used properly, it can prevent burning seedlings (fertilizer or phytotoxicity) and ensure the application effect.

Advantage 3: Improve efficiency. The conventional method of dissolving a slow-dissolving pesticide such as copper sulfate or ferrous sulfate must be broken or dissolved in hot water beforehand. The upper suspension method can also dissolve quickly with normal temperature water, which can save the energy cost of breaking the labor and hot water.
