Trial production, production, production upgrade
The first eight machines were shipped after Nodrah’s acceptance. The customer gave a completely satisfactory evaluation of the JUNKER equipment:

Continuous quality assurance
Beginning in the spring of 2008, the JUNKER Quality Inspection Center introduced Zeiss's gantry-type CMM based on multi-sensor technology (see figure below). In Nordrach, nine measuring devices measure all workpiece geometry to meet the high quality standards of the grinding machine. At the JUNKER Quality Testing Center, whether it is a roundness measuring instrument, an optical measuring machine, a surface measuring instrument or a CMM introduced in 2008, the equipment provided by top brand manufacturers Hommel, Adcole, Mahr, Zoller and Zeiss, their The quality of the equipment and their focus on measurement technology excel in the entire metalworking industry. No quality issues are allowed: in the new quality testing center, JUNKER has the most advanced quality testing equipment in Europe that matches its grinding machine quality and demanding customer projects.
