The China National Petroleum and Petrochemical Research Institute has completed a comprehensive treatment of equipment and processes for acid and alkali wastes in refineries. It recently obtained a national invention patent.
The invention adopts the equipment system of the acidified deoiling and stripping process to comprehensively control the acid, alkali-containing waste water and waste alkali slag generated during the production of the oil refinery. The recovery rate of wastewater after treatment is over 85%, the oil removal rate is over 85%, and the recovery of hydrogen and ammonia can be directly used for biochemical treatment. The patented technology avoids the previous wet air oxidation method to treat the waste slag from the refinery which needs to be carried out under high temperature and high pressure. The required capital construction costs and operating costs are high, and the disadvantages of recovering useful components from it cannot be eliminated.
