Applied to H3122 AP26113 and H3122 CR cells, reduce p - ALK, IC50 were 7.4 and 16.8 nM. AP26113 role in expressing wild-type and mutant EML4 - ALK Ba/F3 cells, reduce the cell number, 24 nM to 10 nM and IC50 respectively.
