Our factory produces a supporting equipment for agricultural equipment walking wheels for the Great Plains Company of the United States. The support ring parts shown in Figure 1 are 2.5mm thick and 08F steel plates. The surface of the parts is required to be smooth and flat, without scratches, wrinkles and cracks. The outline is clear and clear, and the Φ92mm hole has assembly requirements. The support ring needs to be blanked, deep drawn, punched and other processes. For this purpose, the integrated composite mold shown in Fig. 2 is designed to make blanking, deep drawing and punching forming once, which improves the production efficiency.
