Abstract
RP-150 is an auxiliary agent developed for soap washing of fibre reactive dyes, and it has low foam and excellent antifouling properties of soaping of reactive dye printing. RP-150 has excellent effect on floating colour removal which caused by dyeing of reactive dyes, unbound dye, water decomposition dye. RP-150 also has excellent ability to preventing white pollution effect, high fastness to dyeing and printing after soaping and good compatibility with fixing agent. In addition, RP-150 continuous used in soap washing process will not produce problems.

Characteristics and Applications
    Usually reactive dye printing material has good white antifouling effect. RP-150 has good white antifouling effect for bright colour such as reactive turquoise blue, and RP-150 used for soaping wash still can get a bright hue.RP-150 has excellent removal effect for water decomposition dye and dye which not dyed, and RP-150 can improve washing fastness of the dye and printing.RP-150 has good compatibility of colour agent. In the process of continuous soap washing, it is easy to cause the negative effect of the residue of the soap lotion, and RP-150 does not need to worry about this problem.RP-150 will not reduce the white background of the printing material, and it will make the pattern bright.RP-150 will not produce the white bottom sticky dirt and the tissue of high drainage foam problem caused by the bubble in the process of soaping.RP-150 has excellent resistance to hard water, and will not have the soap calcium problems. Even used soda ash, hard water in the soaping process, it is still able to maintain a good soaping fastness.

The optimum usage of PR-150 varies with the type of dyed fabric, morphology, dyed or printed shades, soaping processes and equipment. Generally based on 1-3g/L and appropriate to increase or decrease.
