Steps of friction welding

Steps of friction welding Friction welding usually includes the following four steps: mechanical energy is converted into heat energy; 2. plastic deformation of the material; 3. thermoplastic forging pressure; 4. intermolecular diffusion and recrystallization. The biggest difference between the friction welding stage and the temperature of the traditional fusion welding metal is to increase the energy without reaching the melting point in the entire welding process, that is, the metal forging solid phase connection to achieve the thermoplastic state.
In the process of metal processing and high-speed rotation of machine tools , it is often found that the surfaces of two metal parts are welded together due to friction and heat. For example, in the turning process, a built-in chip is generated on the turning tool; in the drilling process, the drill bit and the workpiece are often bonded together; the sliding bearing is stuck due to combustion shaft and other reasons. As a welding phenomenon, the process is not perfect and the welding quality is not ideal. The metal on the friction surface produces plastic deformation and flow, prevents metal oxidation, promotes the diffusion of metal atoms in the weld seam, and forms a strong welded joint.
In 1953, the Soviet Union ’s Liu Bovsky and others invented carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, which promoted the application and development of gas shielded arc welding, such as mixed gas shielded welding, flux cored wire and slag seam welding, and the emergence of self-shielded arc welding. . New developments in high-energy density fusion welding technology have greatly improved the weldability of materials, allowing many materials and structures that are difficult to weld by other methods to be welded. Weld welding is the earliest semi-mechanical welding method in pressure welding.
Welding Development Trends Welding process automation and intelligence is an important direction to improve welding quality and solve harsh working conditions. Almost all the heat sources available in the world are used in the welding process, including flame, arc, resistance, ultrasonic, friction, plasma, electron beam, laser beam, microwave, etc. (Our company mainly uses arc welding and resistance welding for automatic welding equipment ).
The 50 ~ 60mm steel plate can be welded and formed at one time, the welding speed can reach more than 0.4m / min, and the deposition speed is more than 100 times that of electrode arc welding. The main technical key of small-span welding is to see how to ensure the penetration of both sides of the welding, to ensure that the arc center automatically tracks and is on the groove centerline.
Welding industrial art welding defects are commonly used defects in the welding process. Welding defects refer to defects that do not meet the design or process requirements during welding. Its main manifestations are welding cracks, blowholes, undercuts, not fully penetrated, not fused, slag inclusions, welding, collapse, pits, burn-through, inclusions, etc.
When welding fuel containers and pipelines , the welding repair method should be determined according to the actual situation.

Rice Mill is popular in our daily use. The function is making paddy to be white bright rice. The raw material is paddy and the final products are white rice and bran. Rice as the staple food for people, the bran can used for animal seed. The production line is Paddy to rice: Cleaning, Gravity Paddy Separator, whiter, Rice grader, polisher, Color  sorter.

Our company is a professional manufacturer about rice mill, our main sales market is India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Nigeria and other countries.  We offer 5 to 500 ton per day rice milling machine.
