Usage:
About the role of Sodium gluconate in water reducing agent system,it has obvious auxiliary plasticizing effect to concrete.And with the increasing of the ratio of Sodium gluconate,the concrete is gradually strengthened.In addition,in high performance concrete, after mixing Sodium gluconate and superplasticizer, the strength of concrete can be improved.
The appropriate dosage of Sodium gluconate : it should be 0.03%-0.07% of cement dosage.If the dosage is over 0.1%,the strength of concrete will decrease due to excessive retarders.After adding Sodium gluconate, the initial setting time and final setting time will separately be 5 to 6 hours longer than cement paste.
